RARE DISEASE DAY 2013 rally at the Texas State Capitol in Austin, TX on February 28, 2013 from 8:30am to 10:30 am.
Join us as we bring awareness for rare diseases. There will be various speakers such as doctors, nurses, researchers, dignitaries, musicians, special guests, patient and families with inspiring stories.
This event will be held by Barbra Sonnen-Hernandez from Round Rock, TX. She is an author, public speaker and advocate for Guillain-Barre Syndrome and other rare diseases. She is also on the patient advistory committee for Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital in Austin, Texas and a contributing writer for LIVESTRONG, USA Today and E-How.com.
