Swell is a documentary film that showcases the lives of people suffering from a rare, genetic disorder, Hereditary Angioedema (HAE). Upon viewing the film, you will not only learn first-hand what it is like to suffer from the disease, but also how it affects family, friends and loved ones.

HAE is a rare, potentially fatal genetic disorder caused by a deficiency of functional C1 Inhibitor and characterized clinically by non-pitting, non-itchy, swelling that can occur in any part of the body but typically involves the extremities, gastrointestinal tract, face, trunk, genitals, and upper airway.
