Harmony 4 Hope’s Play This Forward (SM)Awareness Initiative is an integral part of their vision for uniting people and passion for rare disease awareness. Children who face the isolation that oftentimes accompanies a RARE diagnosis are connecting with this organization and others through something COMMON: a love of music!
The Harmony 4 Hope iPod comes loaded with over 5 hours of requests from these beautiful children.
Their technological engineers, generously volunteer their time to plug in the music, so that the Harmony 4 Hope foundation can deliver a little harmony & hope to some very amazing children who face some very tremendous challenges.

Ethan – Late Infantile Batten Syndrome
“What a delightful surprise the UPS Man brought us Monday. We felt super lucky this St. Patrick’s Day to have received Ethan’s IPod. Ethan is not great at keeping headphones on/in his ears these days so we just hooked the iPod up to our stereo & away we went…I swear Ethan has been more alert/awake & happier the past couple days (actually I think we all have as we’re all enjoying the new tunes). The mix of music is fun, we can not thank you enough. Please feel free to share this note & pics, especially with Nathan & Brendan. Thank you to you all, this is a terrific thing you’re doing! We feel blessed you’ve included Ethan & our family.”

Evelyn – Pseudoachondroplasia
“Thanks again for Evelyn’s iPod. We had a great time singing along as a family tonight. Music is a big part of our life and this was a great gift! If you have any more right now to give, I thought of the perfect person.”
~Mary, Evelyn’s ROCKSTAR Mom
Emmy- Rett Syndrome
“Music is what makes Emmy the happiest! She would love some more Jason Mraz, maybe some Beatles, Lumineers, Michael Jackson…anything upbeat. If we sing along to a song and help her dance to it, it becomes one of her favorites! She loves Jim Gill, Laurie Berkner, Jack Johnson. She really loves songs where singers harmonize. Thanks for working so hard for all the special kiddos that have such enormous challenges.”
