Boy With Polycystic Kidney Disease Receives Hope Bracelet From Jewelry Designer Joan Clare Kubak

Porter is a 4 ½ year old boy born with a rare genetic disease called ARPKD/CHF – Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease/Congenital Hepatic Fibrosis. Although he has a brave heart and positive attitude, his condition will continue to plague him throughout his lifetime.

Because of the generosity of jewelry designer Joan Clare Kubak, Porter and his family received a 7000 Bracelets for Hope™ to help them keep fighting and remain hopeful for a treatment and cure.
