Celebrate HPP (Hypophosphatasia) Awareness Week with Alexion Pharmaceuticals on October 27-31, 2014!

Everyday with HPP is excited to share the details of their third annual Hypophosphatasia (HPP) Awareness Week campaign. Everyone affected by HPP has a unique story, so this year’s theme gives those with HPP and their caregivers, families, friends, and supporters a chance to share it—in a fun and interactive way.

They have created a website where people who are affected by HPP or supportive of the HPP community can upload a photo of a handwritten sign on which they’ve filled in the blank to “Every day with HPP, I______________________.” (See examples below.)

For those who are not directly affected by HPP, a sign that says something like, “Every day with HPP, I help raise awareness for this rare disease” would be a great way to help spread the word.

Approved photos will appear side by side in a photo gallery, weaving together an authentic story about what it is like to live every day with HPP. And with a couple of clicks, users will be able to share photos through Facebook and Twitter.
