Rare Disease Health and Wellness Expo in Ajax, Canada Sept. 24th

First annual Health & Wellness, Rare Disease Expo by Carion Fenn Foundation supported by The Town of Ajax on September 24, 2016 12pm – 4pm at Ajax Community Centre HMS Room (75 Centennial Road Ajax On L1S 4S4 Canada).

Connecting and engaging communities to increase education about general health & wellness and rare diseases or disorders like Syringomyelia, Chiari Malformation, EDS, Arthritis, LAM and more through workshops, exhibitors, entertainments, Ask the Expert features and more. There are over 7,000 known rare diseases and more than 50% of those affected are children. This is a free inclusive event open to the public with food and door prizes. We will have entertainment for the family and activities for the kids to help bring our communities together.
