“Today I Wear My Ribbon For,” Global Genes Introduces New Series for Rare Patients in Need

July 26, 2013

Some days are harder than others, and on those days it’s good to have support. Is the rare patient in your life having a major surgery, undergoing new treatment, or in the hospital due to complications? Reach out to the rare community for support by asking readers to wear their ribbon for a particular patient.

We are now accepting applications for a new series called “Today I Wear My Ribbon For…” where patients in needs will have their picture and profile shared on our blog. Readers will be able to share comments and links to pictures of themselves wearing their ribbon for the patient who needs support! Nominate a friend, family member or loved one to have ribbons worn in their honor on days of particular need.
