Anophthalmia Microcephaly Hypogonadism
Type of disease: Rare conditions
Anophthalmia Microcephaly Hypogonadism is a rare combination of birth defects, or a syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by the absence of one or both eyes, a small head, and hypogonadism, a condition in which the body produces little or no sex hormones. Treatment of this syndrome varies on a case-by-case basis, depending on the patient’s specific birth defects.
