Synonyms: Fryns-Hofkens-Fabry syndrome | Ulna hypoplasia

A rare primary bone dysplasia characterized by isolated upper limb mesomelic dysplasia. Patients present with ulnar hypoplasia with severe radial bowing but normal stature.
