Jason Adams joined the patient advocacy community in 2008 after his sons Hawke & Jaxon were stillborn at 28 weeks. Since then he's championed multiple awareness and fundraising events for the cause and believes a cure to hydrocephalus exists and is waiting to be discovered. As the co-director at the Michigan Pediatric Hydrocephalus Foundation (PHF), Jason successfully influenced his Representative to join the hydrocephalus caucus, and in 2017 he successfully partnered with his State of Michigan Representative to pass a resolution declaring September as hydrocephalus awareness month. Jason also works full time as a Manufacturing Engineer and is raising his five children with his wife, Carmen, in Michigan.
