When a Processor or Controller is in a country outside the EU, we apply the necessary safeguards which may include, confirming whether the EC approves of transfers to the country, or whether we need to use the EC’s model contracts.
How do we look after personal data?
We limit the amount of personal data collected only to what is fit for the purpose, as described above. We restrict, secure and control all of our information assets against unauthorised access, damage, loss or destruction; whether physical or electronic. We retain personal data only for as long as is described above, to respond to your requests, or longer if required by law. If we retain your personal data for historical or statistical purposes we ensure that the personal data cannot be used further. While in our possession, together with your assistance, we try to maintain the accuracy of your personal data.

- We want to make sure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. These are as follows:
- Right to access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal data. We may charge a small fee for this service.
- Right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information that you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information that you believe is incomplete.
- Right to erasure – You have the right request that we erase your personal data under certain conditions.
- Right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
- Right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
- Right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
- Right regarding automatic data processing – You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic data processing. We do not perform any automated decision making using your personal data.
