HAEi – International Patient Organization for C1 Inhibitor Deficiencies Celebrates Global Conference

May 16, 2014

HAEi – International Patient Organization for C1 Inhibitor Deficiencies cordially invites you to attend the 2014 HAE Global Conference which will take place in Washington DC, 15 – 18 May 2014.

Following the great success at our 2012 HAE Global Conference in Copenhagen, we look forward to welcoming you to this second HAE Global Conference gathering HAE patients, care givers, healthcare professionals and industry representatives in a friendly atmosphere conducted and driven by the patient community through HAEi.

The theme for the 2014 HAE Global Conference is “Setting New Standards”, where our main aim continuously is to find ways to improve time to diagnosis, to secure life saving therapies and get funding for these – allowing HAE friends around the world to lead a safer life and fulfill their life’s potential.

Important information about travel grants!
We are sorry to inform you that we do no longer have travel grants available. The final funding for travel grants have been allocated and the program is now closed.

IMPORTANT!
Before applying for a travel grant – please ensure that you have all documents approved for entering the United States of America. Either visa or visa waiver program. It is your own responsibility to get the necessary documents in place. Together with a copy of your passport – this will be needed before we can finally confirm your travel grant.

If you have registered and not been approved for a travel grant you can either a) keep your registration and manage travel cost on your own, or b) cancel your registration (we will then refund you the delegate fee – except the credit card fee charged)

Flight tickets for accepted travel grants must be booked and handled by the travel agency of HAEi. If delegates book their own flights, they cannot expect reimbursement from HAEi. Further information about the conditions for our travel grants is available in the registration process.

Check back to this website frequently for the latest information on sessions, exhibitor information and more. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in May in Washington DC!

Best wishes,
