'Engaging your Community for Fundraising' Workshop By Findacure

As part of Findacure’s training series for small rare disease patient groups, our next workshop will focus on the topic of community fundraising.
The workshop will take place on Friday 28 April, from 10:30am to 3:30pm in central London, and will introduce the importance of community fundraising for small patient groups. The day will feature three case studies from rare disease charities, experienced in different aspects of community fundraising: either through running small “local” events; taking part in challenge events; or organising big fundraisers. There will also be a group discussion, planning and reviewing attendees own event ideas, as well as time dedicated for networking.
The workshop is free to attend for all rare disease patients, advocates and charities and Findacure will reimburse travel expenses for these individuals. You can register to attend here.
