The ODC’s JumpStart program connects rare disease patients and foundations to researchers and key opinion leaders, encouraging scientific collaboration.
The JumpStart program provides guidance on developing research tools, from facilitating the establishment of cell lines and the development of animal models to providing essential guidance on clinical development programs including registry and natural history development.
The JumpStart program also offers assistance organizing symposia and Think Tanks, bringing together KOLs, experts and potential sponsors. Finally, the JumpStart can assist rare disease organizations assemble a research grant program, by providing information on best practices and guidance during the development of the program
