Global Genes EU/EAA/UK Representative
Global Genes (RARE-X), which processes the personal data of individuals in the European Union, European Economic Area and/or UK, in the role of ‘data controller’, has appointed DataRep as its Data Protection Representative for the purposes of GDPR* in the EU/EEA and The Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended) in the UK.
If Global Genes has processed or is processing your personal data, you may be entitled to exercise your rights under GDPR in respect of that personal data. You may raise questions and exercise your rights directly with Global Genes or via one of the DataRep locations.
