Mollie McLaughlin joins the Global Genes team as the Events & Meetings Manager. She has over 7 years experience in hospitality and event management. She most recently worked for Marriott International at several hotels in Southern California. During her time with Marriott, she managed events for Boys & Girls Club, Girl Scouts of America and Pacific Life to name a few. Mollies career with Marriott started at their non-profit organization, Bridges… from school to work. Mollie is excited to be back at a non-profit and about joining Global Genes because she can combine her passion for event planning with her passion to help make an impact on people’s lives.

Mollie has a BS in Art History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In her spare time, she loves to be a tourist in her own city of Huntington Beach, travel, try as many new restaurants as possible, visit museums and spend time with her friends.
