In a ROCKSTAR movement to shine the spotlight on Rare Disease, during the month of February, Harmony 4 Hope is conducting a short survey among the Rare Disease Community to gather song requests of hope and inspiration. Our unique playlist will be revealed on Rare Disease Day, February 29, 2016 and will become part of our ALL NEW Harmony 4 Hope Rockstar Care Packages to be delivered to the children and families we serve who are impacted by Rare Disease.
With 350,000,000 people collectively impacted by 7,000 Rare Diseases, through music, the mission of Harmony 4 Hope is to uplift children, mobilize community and support external scientific discoveries in Rare Disease. As part of our Play This ForwardTM Program, we are reaching out to the community to learn what songs provide inspiration and hope. These Top 25 songs will be revealed on Rare Disease Day and become part of our ALL NEW H4H Rockstar Care Packages. These packages will be made available to children and families facing the challenges of Rare Disease. Become a Rare RockstarTM with Harmony 4 Hope by taking part in our survey and our musical mission to TURN UP THE VOLUME for Rare Disease through the unifying power of music. The survey will close on February 29th.
