Jewelry Maker Beth Petricoin Donates Bracelet In Support of Families Affected By Rare Disease

November 5, 2012

Beth Petricoin, of Create My World Designs, is not only an artist; she is also a craftsman, student, teacher, dreamer, wife and homemaker. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art, she has been creating jewelry for the past decade. But she does not limit herself to one medium. She also practices a wide variety of other arts (polymer clay, sewing, quilting, painting, papermaking, printmaking, jewelry, knitting, weaving, spinning, etc.). But there are still many other artistic media that she wishes to pursue someday in the future, including glass arts, metal work, ceramics and silk screen.

As a member of the Polymer Clay Artists Guild of Etsy (PCAGOE), Beth utilizes polymer clay and other materials in many of her jewelry pieces. One of these was used as an entry for the PCAGOE’s September monthly challenge. Her handmade polymer clay jewelry as well as her up-cycled jewelry made with re-purposed materials, such as fused plastic bags and tyvek, fabric handbags, purses and totes can all be viewed on Etsy. But make sure to check back often as she is always making something new!

Beth Petricoin lives a charmed life in Lancaster county, Pennsylvania with her husband. To learn more about Beth and her work, visit her blog. And make sure to also scour her pages on Facebook, FlickrPinterest, and Art Fire.

Thank you, Beth.  We are grateful for your support!
