Rare Diseases South Africa: Walk the Talk, July 26, 2016 & 947 Cycle Challenge Novemeber 20, 2016

WALK THE TALK – 26 JULY 2016
This takes place at Marks Park in JHB and walkers can select a distance of 5km, 8km or 15km. Dogs can join you on the 5 or 8km routes – but its restricted to a maximum of 2 dogs per walker.

To enter on behalf of Rare Diseases SA: Visit www.rarediseases.co.za and click on the 702 Walk the Talk tab. Please complete your details so we have them on file as we need your ID number, medical aid details and shirt sizes to complete the entry.

Once registered, Visit our online store and select the correct distance you wish to enter – please make your purchase online (this includes your team T-Shirt & a donation to RDSA):
5km and 8km is R300
15km is R330
If you’d like to buy Park n Ride tickets for the event, you can do so on the online store as well.

947 CYCLE CHALLENGE – 20 NOVEMBER 2016
This race is incredibly special to us as its where Pedalling4Pompe began back in 2012. Please consider entering & riding on behalf of Rare Diseases SA and use your mobility for the benefit of those without it. You can enter yourself into the race via their website – www.cyclechallenge.co.za and select Pedalling4Pompe/Riding4Rare as your charity bond (please fill in the name as its written here or it doesn’t pick it up).

If you’d like us to complete the entry on your behalf, you can purchase your entry through our online store, but please ensure you have registered as part of our Pedalling4Pompe team via http://www.rarediseases.co.za/#!pedalling4pompe/tkfp0 so we have the necessary details to complete your entry.

• Earlier start time
• Team cycling jersey
• P4P Goodie Bag
• Post race hospitality at the race village
• Invite to the pre race team pasta party
• Donation to the organization

We encourage everyone to fundraise and in doing so create awareness of rare diseases. We will provide sponsorship letters for you to provide to schools and companies to confirm your participation.
