A rare opthalmic disorder characterized by corneal opacification and dyskeratosis (which may cause visual impairment) associated with systemic features including palmoplantar hyperkeratosis laryngeal dyskeratosis pruritic hyperkeratotic scars chronic rhintis dyshidrosis and/or nail thickening.
