This vital package includes billions of dollars in new funding for critical research at the National Institutes of Health, new funding to accelerate drug approval at the Food and Drug Administration, and several provisions that could be a game changer for the rare disease community. The House companion legislation 21st Century Cures Act passed the House, and in order to pass the Senate, we must unite and make sure the Senate gets our message loud and clear!
