We are currently seeking a Marketing Director. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Director will drive the strategy development and execution for all communications and public relations – online and offline. S/he will develop and oversee implementation of organization-wide global marketing and communications plans to engage a growing global community of rare disease patients and advocates, achieve program and event goals, support fundraising and increase visibility. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Marketing Director will provide strategic thought and marketing leadership to a cross-functional team and manage the day-to-day execution of direct reports on the marketing team.
We are currently seeking a Development Director. Reporting to the Interim Executive Director, the Development Director will be critical to both creating and driving multichannel fundraising programs at Global Genes. As the organization embarks on reorganizing its operations to build capacity across multiple channels and audiences, the incumbent will be responsible for taking the lead in building a development program from the ground up. The position will require a keen focus on goal setting, metrics for success, and cultivation and stewardship of donor relationships. Full ownership of all philanthropic fundraising activities and collaboration with the Global Genes Leadership Team are required for success in this role.
We are currently seeking a Program Manager. Reporting to the Senior Director of Patient Engagement, the Program Manager will develop and manage exciting, timely agenda content and speakers for several educational conferences and resources covering a range of topic areas relevant to the rare disease patient and advocate communities. The Program Manager will produce content of the highest quality that patients and advocates can use to take the next steps toward addressing critical, unmet needs in their lives and for their communities.
