Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will empower and activate a global community of rare disease advocates and raise the profile of the organization through digital outreach efforts. This includes developing digital strategies to engage and connect a growing global community, achieve program and event goals, support fundraising, and increase visibility. As a core team member of the marketing team, he/she will drive online engagement for Global Genes, and implement metrics-based, integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Director, Technology

The Technology Director is expected to maintain an infrastructure that supports expanded growth,  security, ease-of-use, and internal efficiency. The Director of IT will directly influence the direction of IT  in new and existing products and systems, as well as upcoming integration efforts with new initiatives.  Reporting into the VP of Strategic Advancement and working closely with the executive team, we expect  you to bring a strategic mindset for budget management, technology roadmaps, capacity and inventory  management and planned solution implementation.  We are looking for a hands-on technology lead who passion and experience to help us drive and support  one of the most innovative, fastest-paced areas of life sciences and healthcare. You will be responsible  for building and integrating technology into a robust, stable, secure cloud infrastructure and oversee  managed service providers working with us that range from CRM to community and case management  systems, as well as increasing our impact sustainability through helping assess and improve our project  monitoring and evaluation tools. RARE Concierge Manager/Navigator

The Rare Concierge Case Counselor/Navigator is a role at Global Genes that speaks to the heart of what  we are here to do, providing service and support directly to our families and foundations. Support services are an essential team at Global Genes. The work is directly visible in the rare  community. This role requires a confident, poised servant-leader who is a great listener that takes the  time to understand how to best deliver a response. Acting as a creative problem solver, an ideal  candidate establishes and builds lasting relationships and confidence in Global Genes. Attention to detail  and responsive customer service are essential skills. This role works directly by phone, web video, electronically and occasionally in-person to respond to  inquiries that come to Global Genes. After assessing the need or request, the counselor/navigator will  follow through to resolution or connect inquiry to the next step in a timely and respectful way. May  arrange genetic counseling support, refer to educational offering of Global Genes or other, match  inquiry directly to one of our 700 foundation members for specific disease support or other. Senior Human Resources Manager

Our plan is to engage a part-time senior HR professional who works well in a mostly virtual environment,  has worked in healthcare or for a services organization connected to healthcare, and has some  connection to our mission. Our preference would be to have this experienced professional engaged for  an initial 6-month period, and then determine our needs moving forward – which may include  continued engagement or a need to help identify, bring in and train an HR manager that can step in and  take on leadership of the function, with some room to grow. Senior HR Manager responsibilities include  overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting HR objectives. You will also  help shape our employment strategy.
