Office Manager

This role is responsible for managing office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. This role calls for an energetic, adaptable and self-starting professional who enjoys having multiple responsibilities to manage each day. Experienced in leading a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and attention to detail and customer service are essential skills. Reliability and discretion are also important as this role will often be privy to confidential matters. Must be able to work from our Aliso Viejo office.

Coordinator (Trainee Program)

This position is intended to be an opportunity to experience a wide variety of activities and interest areas of nonprofit management. The role will support the organization in defined projects and activities over a 6-12 month period and ultimately will be placed into a functional area position. Includes work in Development, Finance, Programming and Events, etc. An ideal candidate will be self-starting and curious, eager to experience nonprofit work in a fast paced environment. May be located in the Aliso Viejo office or work remotely.
